  • Sensitivity: 75%, Specificity: 100%
  • Modified Brugada Algorithm - Brugada-Stuerer Algorithm (VT vs. PXT)
    • It sequentially evaluates 3 ECG criteria. If none are met, it is likely Preexcitation SVT (Antidromic AVRT)

  • Preexcitation SVT is very likely in the following cases:
    • Pre-existing WPW syndrome
    • In a young healthy individual without structural heart disease

    • 3. AV conduction different from 1:1 - NO
  • The patient has preexcitation SVT (Antidromic AVRT)
